8th IEEE International Conference on eScience (eScience 2012)

This workshop will be held at 9 october 2012 and is organized as  part of the IEEE conference on eScience(http://www.ci.uchicago.edu/escience2012/workshops.php). The theme of the workshop will be: "Collaborative ResearchUsing eScience infrastructure and high speed networks"). In addition, a special section of the scientific journal Future Generation Computer Systems (FGCS, http://www.journals.elsevier.com/future-generation-computer-systems/ ) will be dedicated to this topic.

The 8th IEEE International Conference on eScience (eScience 2012) will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, 8-12 October 2012 and is co-located with the Open Grid Forum and GLIF.


The deadline for submitting abstracts for the workshop is 25 June 2012. 

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and published in the conference proceedings (deadline final reviewed abstracts 10 September)
